We had problems with last-minute cancellations and no one to cover so the family were asked to. Also one of the senior staff and several caregivers used my parents/family as a sounding board for their own personal problems. Finally, they did not know how to handle a fall and my dad was on the floor for 45 minutes until I was able to get there to help him. They do not keep formal records that the family can have so it is hard to file claims; the helpers scrawl whatever they want in a spiral notebook. Unfortunately not professional overall, although we liked several of the caregivers themselves a lot.

When we pointed this out to Ellen, the office manager, she claimed she would find a vaccinated person. Instead, she just stopped calling us back. They literally endangered my mother's life with the carelessness in which they made the assignment against our directives. Avoid using this agency.

They needed to be on-time. They needed to leave when the shift ended. I would have liked for them to have substitutes that were adequate. They needed to care about their clients. They needed to check on their clients. We never received calls. We even had caregivers not show up for their shifts.

We didn't have any problems with them. They helped with managing her medication. Management was thorough and provided a lot of information we used. We were lucky to find someone so informed about dementia.
