I got somebody right away from Access Quality Home Health as soon as we were approved. This is the third time we have used AQTS. We have an RN, an LVN, occupational, and physical therapists. We have an aide that comes three times a week to help bathe my mother, who she loves, and a nurse who comes to check her vital signs, the medicines, and makes sure everyone's doing it diligently. They look at the book and ask Mom a lot of questions. The occupational therapist helps us and the physical therapist. She takes her time to bathe mom and talks her through it. She's a really nice person who always asks how are you doing, what did you do yesterday, how are you feeling, if you need anything else. One thing I like is they're on time. My mother loves them, especially the aide and the physical therapist. My mom is one of those old-fashioned people who does not like having men bathe her, so they don't send them in. I like when they come in a little early and sit. I'd open the door and tell them to come on in.
