Loving Hands is reasonably priced. We haven’t been able to find anyone that is matching our budget for our dad but this care giving service. We have been dealing with them for almost a year, and their services could be better. We are hoping for consistency with the same person and a person who is more skilled or a little more qualified. I don’t mind the age of young, but I want somebody responsible and somebody who will not just babysit but will interact with my father conversation-wise, kind of something like a match. When they send someone out, sometimes they match well, and then the person that matches good only stays for about 2 or 3 weeks and then they are gone. We had an older lady come in and she had ear piercing, a nose ring and a few tattoos, but she was skilled, and she knew what she was doing. And then, we get the younger ones, who are under the age of thirty, and they are tattooed up but are not skilled. They are on the phone all the time and not trying to take care of him, but treating him like he is a 5-year-old. They are trying to babysit him, and he doesn’t need a babysitter.
