We ended up having jewelry and certain items stolen from the house when a lady from Home Options was working with my mom, which was for about thirty weeks at a $1000 a month. I called the agency and they did some police thing actions that had to do with taking advantage of the elderly, but they did not actually file any police report. They're supposed to be responsible for the people they hire, but they're not taking responsibility for anything. I've never gotten any relief or satisfaction from them. I find them very disrespectful and unprofessional. I am very unhappy with them.
