Having a caregiver with my grandmother every day makes a great difference. They help with feeding, changing, clothing, and bathing. We had issues with the caregiver. We had a specific caregiver that stopped showing up. Every time they scheduled a replacement, they wouldn't show up. We went through a 2 week period without a caregiver.

They clean his house for him. My dad can't talk because of his stroke, and it's fine.

We're terminating them. They need to have more consistent scheduling. We had a lot of scheduling issues when our consistent caregiver was out on vacation. They really weren't able to fill her shifts. They had plenty of time to be able to fill it. They originally had our entire time. They weren't able to fill the weekends, so we switched some hours to another agency. We just decided to switch all our hours. They need to provide consistent care.

I am not sure that the agency has done anything out of their jurisdiction for him. They make sure that somebody is here.

They responded immediately. I had to set all of it up from the hospital and they were so helpful. They are caring and very responsive to your needs, even on a last minute basis. They call to check and make sure everything is fine. The caregiver made my husband feel relaxed and comfortable. She even came to the hospital with him to pick me up. They were perfect.

Them being here is allowing me to go home and get some sleep. The people that they are sending are like 18 years old. They need more experienced people.

The caregiver didn't do much but stayed on her phone. The reason I wouldn't recommend them is because they didn't do what I asked.

I don't live near my aunt, so it helps knowing that she is being taken care of the way I would want. The agents that contact me always keep me informed of what is going on. If a caregiver isn't going be there, they let me know and are easy to work with.

The positive impact is that there is someone there with my loved one and I can go to work and be confident he is taken care of. Maybe if their caretakers were a little more proactive about doing things, it would be better. One of the things I dislike is the fact that they don't have some caretakers that are on call for last minute changes, like when the regular caretaker is not available or calls in sick. Many times I have to take off work to stay home.

They fix my food and help me get dressed for whatever I am going to do. I would tell a friend that they have provided people here on time and they fix me something to eat.
