I like that they are reliable and helpful. They are also very understanding. The staff are very good and hardworking. There was a medical emergency, and they contacted me and helped me.

They follow through with everything they say they will do. They come through with the goods. They help to talk through things in her daily life regarding doctor's visits and other important, necessary services. She also has taken the burden off of her physically and does grocery shopping, takes her to her appointments, cleans, and eats nutritionally.

We really like our caretaker who is good with my dad. I cannot do everything for my dad that needs to be done all by myself.

They came and got to know both myself and my spouse, and we were able to start right away. They always reach out and check if things are going well. He has been pleased with her. She comes in and makes sure he's up and about. Making sure he takes his medications and eats breakfast. Keeps his water bottle filled.

Everything's been fine with the agency. We did have a little problem with one caregiver that got sick, but that couldn't be avoided. It was her child that got sick. I like the availability of the agency. They could make my life easier if I turn over more of the household chores to them, which I eventually will when they get accustomed to everything.
