I got Addus HealthCare to help me with my brother. He is a stroke victim and he needs help with meals and bathing. The aide would come in six days a week for one to one-and-a-half hours a day. She is fabulous. She usually comes in in the evening. When I needed help for someone to check on him, they were willing to have her come early. Addus HealthCare really are reliable and if something is stolen, they'll reimburse it.

My mother was terminally ill and Addus Healthcare was the only one available because we live in a very rural area. The care was not that great. It was average. They were only here probably a handful of times. I felt like the woman who came wasn't that much of an expert. However, the administration was very good. Someone came to our house right away and asked what our needs were and got the arrangements pretty quickly. It's just that the actual caregiver wasn't that great.
