We are using Avalon Home Healthcare. The caregiver does homecare, cooking, shopping, cleaning, and companionship, and runs my parents up to doctors' appointment. She does a very good job. She's established a good relationship with my mother. Their manager, Dave, in the beginning was very good about explaining their services and what they provide. He answered all our questions very well and kept us very informed as to what's going on with the healthcare.
