AAACare is the most kind and caring home car company my family has found in Franklin County, Ohio. They went above and beyond to match the correct caregiver (no questions asked). Every caregiver they provided had the correct training and qualifications. The caregivers themselves loved working for AAACare and reported to my family they recieve 50% more hourly wages than any other home care company in Central Ohio. My family, and I, cannot thank this company enough. It was very refreshing and surprising to meet a management team, and care team, that were both dedicated and compassionate. The rates were very affordable and were in the middle area of every company we have hired in the past (or requested a quote from in the past). This company deserves more than 5 stars! My family started with a small 2 hours every other week and, from there, we added on hours until we were using AAACare 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Our family had access to The Family Room (the client and family online portal) and reviewed the caregivers notes, schedules, payments, invoices, and communicated with the caregivers often. This benefit of care made us feel at ease! I have faith in humanity again after hiring AAACare for caregiving services!
