I have had a nurse from Constance Care for over a year now. She comes in as often as I need her. They have physical therapy and home-health aides. Time management is great. We set up what days she needs to come and she always comes.

Constance Care treats their customers like they are the precious people we know. If you want great care, think Constance Care !

We would never use constance care again. They had terrible communication with the family despite having all of the contact information for the medical POA. They don't keep good records and couldn't tell us the last date of service after they dropped their services without telling us. The director was rude when I called to inquire about them dropping my grandfather and they never did return my phone calls.
