We used Home Instead for a while with my uncle and they were very good. They did a great job. It's very pricy though, but it was what it was. They had 24/7 care and hourly care. We had to go with 24/7 care. It was very, very expensive, but we needed something fast. They provided caregivers, and they would help with meals and do light house work. They would do everything for you. The caregivers were very attentive. They were great for what we had them for, but when it came to dementia, they weren't trained for it and the level of dementia that my uncle was at, we needed something more. It was an issue with my uncle than it was with the caregivers themselves but they were very good. We did online billing and I could go in and check anything I needed at any time. They are very willing to work with you. I was switching bank accounts and they were very helpful to hold off on doing things and we had automatic payments. They were very good. The billing was very easy to deal with. If I had any problems, I could just call somebody.
