We've got caregivers from Gentiva Health Services who are working with my mother. They basically assist her and make sure she gets things done right. We've been using them for three weeks now and they are very good.

Gentiva services were not dependable they start ok but, not attentive to my parent needs. Nurses are unprofessional call and cancel appointments with little notice. Very unorganized follow-up and communication poor. The OT services don't waste your finances. Their patient load is to heavy only concerned about new patients.Once services start your only a number they have no problem canceling for the day. Social worker a waste of time only came no follow up!
