This home care agency is wonderful. They meet my needs and help me be an independent person. I have a very hard time walking and doing things for myself. every person they send me has been wonderful and very kind. I would recomend them to all my loved ones. 2

ComForcare Senior Services was having trouble trying to meet my needs. I had four caregivers sitting in my living room one evening trying to figure out who's going to be here. When I tell them about my needs, they don't know what to do because it is rather unusual. Hardly an aide that comes out has had any experience doing it, and they caused me a lot of pain the way they do it. I am supposed to try to exercise and keep moving, so that I remain ambulatory. My needs aren't really satisfactorily met. Their supervision is also not too good. I get a bill every two weeks and in that two weeks, I've had eight different aides. This agency doesn't seem to run too smoothly because I had requested them to send me an aide for my morning appointment, and they forgot to put it on record.

We have caregivers from ComForcare. They come out right away. I think they are fine, and I am OK with them. They are very helpful and very accommodating, if there is a need to change around the schedule. They are very accommodating to whatever we need. We are happy with them, and we are going to keep them.
