"My family received a consultation visit from the owner. We explained all of my brother's needs and health issues, specifically, his incontinence and HIV. The owner left never stating that my brother's needs could not be met or that his infection was a problem. The next day, I contacted the agency stating we wanted to use their service and the office manager said she would mail contracts to sign. At the end of the week we had not received the contract so I called the owner. The owner told me he left several messages for me explaining they could not provide the level of care we needed, specifically dealing with incontinence. I never received such messsges. The owner should have been upfront during the Monday consultation and therefore, my family could have been pursuing other avenues of care instead of wasting time waiting to hear from Home Instead. Very disappointed."
