I have been using Comfort Keepers for my mother. The agency has provided reliable and competent assistance and they have been responsive to my needs. They are relatively close to my home; my mother lives with me and she needs 24/7 care. Comfort Keepers are helping with dressing, toileting, assistance in ambulation, mobility, dressing, and eating. Basically they help with most daily care needs and primarily with toileting and mobility. I use them 19 hours a day, seven days a week. They have been competent and reliable. The communication between myself and the agency has been excellent, too.
