My caregivers could have a greater impact if they could improve their attitude. I have to pay to have them and I have trouble with them. They keep sending new people here and I don't like that. I only need one caregiver.

They don't make things great. They make things tolerable. My father is fighting things 100% of the way. He is difficult to deal with. They deal with him well. Caregivers can only stomach him for so long, before they quit. They seem to take care of my mom and my dad pretty well. They have multiple people. If my mom and dad don't seem to get along with someone, they find someone to accommodate them.

I have a wonderful caregiver. She's made everything easier for me. She sees what needs to be done and does it. She's available to do whatever I want or need to be done. They could check up on their caregivers more. They could call the clients to see how the caregivers are doing.

They do a lot of their own checks and balances so they know where to improve. They are a lot better than the other companies I have seen before.

They have been patient, and they will move slowly with him in terms of accepting their care with him being there. He had been required to have this service to stay in his home, so initially he didn't respond well, but he has gotten accustomed to them over time. They are reliable, responsive, and generally have a well-trained staff.
