We've beeen using Interim HealthCare of Fenton, MO since last year. My mother's mobility is the worst thing right now, so for the most part, they're there in case she were to fall. She needs help with just a couple of stairs. She needs a little bit of help in and out of the shower. For the most part, she's able to dress herself sitting down, but every once in a while, she needs help getting started with her legs into the pajamas. The other big thing is meals. She doesn't eat breakfast and lunch, but they can also make her lunch. Otherwise, she would not bother. They're there for an extra pair of hands when I can't be. We have two different ones that come during the week and they both have been good with her and I've been comfortable with them. They're doing what they can. If anything, they could stand to be a little bit more stern, but that's my mom. She's a lot to handle. If she doesn't want to do something, she's not going to do it. Communication with the agency has been really good. We needed to get a video doctor's appointment and for the physical therapist that they needed for their records. I was not able to get off of work to be there for that and the in-home care person took care of it for me. The billing has been extremely smooth. They do it with a credit card on file and they also take care of turning it in to her insurance company for long-term care insurance. The billing has been easy to deal with.

Interim HealthCare is very good. They have a nurse come in for my dad to do stuff for him. They also clean, they help with bathing, cooking the meals, and laundry. The caregiver is very polite and professional.

Interim Healthcare provided services for us as my husband was recovering from a fall. Our need was immediate and so was the response from Interim Healthcare. They immediately sent someone to assess our situation and returned the very next day to introduce us to our caregiver. We had two caregivers over the course of my husband's recovery, both were excellent. They were completely competent, compassionate and responsive. We would highly recommend Interim Healthcare.

My mother-in-law lives with us and she recently had a virus that left her very weak. We had scheduled a trip to the lake and promised to take our 4 grand kids with us. Resort reservations had already been made a couple months ago. No other family members were available to stay with her. We googled for home care services and decided to speak to Interim Health Care. We found them very professional and reliable. My mother-in-law enjoyed the care giver who came every day while we were gone. It was a good experience and we would use the service again.

We got Interim HealthCare for Dad, and they're doing a great job. Dad really likes them. They help my mom out and do other things. They're very quick to respond.

As someone who has worked with special needs individuals, I can say that the staff at Interim was very knowledgeable about our situation. They listened to our needs and were able to provide for them. They have been very caring and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs home health services-especially for special needs individuals.

I am beyond pleased with the professionalism of this company. My father can be quite stubborn and they have the most patience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We have enjoyed having them take care of our dad and getting to know our family.

I was in need of help with my husband, it was getting to much for me to do by myself. I contacted Interim health care in Fenton MO. They were an awesome Company, very professional and helpful. My husband can be very difficult at times, they were very patient with him and all his needs were taken care of and my peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. I would recommend this company to all.

Great care provided for my father. It is good to know you can trust someone with your loved one when you are not there to do so! Crystal the owner went out of her way to make sure that we were satisfied and she was there to answer any questions I had! I definitely will keep using their services!
