I'm using Wind Beneath Your Wings. They match the needs that I have with the caregiver taking into account the personality of my spouse and who they think would work well with him. They're very accessible. When I have a problem or a question, I can get a hold of somebody right away. They listen and respond as much as they're able. I needed somebody with a particular schedule, and since it's a small agency, I had to wait until they hired somebody who could meet that need. But since I'm flexible a lot, it didn't present a problem for me. Wind Beneath Your Wings helps me with light housekeeping, preparing meals, and exercising with my husband if he's willing. My husband needed to go get a haircut, and my caregiver took him to the barber. Regarding billing, they send the invoice for the month following care, and then I either send a check or something to pay it. I have long-term care insurance, so they reimburse me. I have been using them for three years now. Overall, I like the caregivers they send.
