Very unprofessional , no show / no call . Never followed through with things we discussed . They added to the stress of caretaking. Lack of concern for patient . I absolutely would not recommend them for anyone. Horrible experience !

Was set up with this service post rehab in 2015. They were horrible, my nurse was rude, abrasive, disrespectful, and generally unpleasent. She thought she was going to come into my home and tell me how things were gonna go...sorry, Erin, thats not how i roll

Was set up with VNA for home health care after open heart surgery. Scheduling services was totally unacceptable. Was told we they would call the morning after discharge the next morning. We did not hear anything until we called the the following afternoon. They told us a nurse would call to schedule visit the next day but it would be the following week before they could schedule a therapist. They told us orthopedic cases took priority over her open heart surgery rehab.
