They're providing care for my mother, and they do very well. We've been using FirstLight for six months now. They've always scheduled very well with my cooperation and my input, and the billing is done every week, so that's fine too. They provide her help getting up and down, using the restroom, and those kinds of things. I would recommend them. They're there everyday, and they are very good at what they do.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! This company is now the epitome of disorganization. Their staffing pool is too small to adequately serve their current client base, let alone any new clients. You'll see a new face every week, and it is obvious that their caregivers walk in with no prior knowledge about what their role is in your home, so be prepared to explain your needs. When the scheduler can't find a caregiver for ONE shift, they terminate ALL services immediately, with no discussion, even though their client agreement states they are required to provide notice.
