"We've been using Senior Helpers - Central Long Island. They've been very helpful. They gave me a lot of other information to help us pay. They offer a wide range of things because my mother didn't necessarily need someone to bathe her and this and that. I was looking for companionship and physical things, walking, and helping her cook. I like the person that comes. We're doing four to six hours, three to four times a week. Thus far it has been the same caregiver. She likes my mother. I haven't had a problem with the agency. They've been very good. They return the calls we miss. I actually called them when I was in Europe and I missed a message and they called me right back. I don't have anything negative to say."

"I was very pleased with Elite Home Care. I only had the representative come for two days. That's all I asked for, and they obliged. The caregiver came for four hours each day. I asked her to mop the kitchen floor, which she did. Then she helped me one day with the laundry, taking the laundry out of the washing machine, putting it into the dryer, and then out of the dryer and folding everything for me, and brought it upstairs where I needed it.
