We are using Community Care right now. They are not doing a good job; not one that I’m satisfied with, at least. My mother needs care four days a week, and they send someone three days a week. On the fourth day, she is left alone. I am not pleased with that. I am actively looking for another agency in the area. Their scheduling isn’t good, but their billing is OK. She gets her bill paid through Medicaid. The quality of the people they are sending is not that good. They supply her with someone for about five hours, four days a week. She has early Alzheimer’s, so they are there to make her food, do her laundry, clean her house, take her where she needs to go, and help her shower. The couple of people who they sent have been OK. They sent a young man out and my mother said that he was very good. He went into the basement and did the laundry and folded it and she thought that was really nice. I talked to a couple of the ladies on the phone who told us what they were not going to do. They weren't asked to do anything out of the ordinary, but she asked one of the ladies to vacuum the stairs and she said she was not going to do that because she thought that was dangerous.
