To say the least my father didnt really take to them and usually he is outgoing so once i leave its hard to say how the staff behaves.. most of the time my father would stay in his room which was a single room with a portable refrigarator and microwave.. and thats were he was comfortable but i guess they would have meals and staff or friends would come to get him for supper and he wouldnt want to go.. why?.. i have no idea but.. overall i would give the facility a B+ "

Our services were set up by the East Neck Nursing & Rehab Center and a representative immediately went to the nursing home to see my husband. The day after he arrived home, he was visited by the nursing supervisor, who was extremely knowledgeable about all services, was able to make recommendations, and was kind and supportive to me, the caregiver. She was a great problem-solver in that she noticed that we could get better equipment from the medical supplier and had me call to request it while she was there at the house. It was very evident that this PT enjoyed working with people- both the patient and caregiver. I had all the confidence in her and all the other service providers I met through Catholic Home Care.
