Do not hire these people to care for anyone or anything!!!! There healthcare workers are not very experienced. The staff and owners uncaring. Pcas spend 90% of there time on the cellphone playing games and talking. You will find soiled sheets on the bottom of clean ones. Wrappers and drink bottles the care givers have eatten on the floor or stuffed under chairs. They dont clean anything. Late showing up even if they do show up. The agency has issues communicating about schedules and lots of times has no one to cover. Look elsewhere.

My late mother was a client of Keep Me Home. My mother received excellent care from all the professionals assigned to her: the home health aide, the occupational and physical therapists, the Registered nurses, the social worker - we were truly blest to have them providing such professional and quality care..! My experience with this so called Homecare company was horrible. The staff was very unprofessional and the owner has no clue!!! Steer clear of keep me home. I am calling the state to report them!!

Private Care Manager

This agency should not be used if at all possible. They do contract with the State of CT so if you or your loved one receives/will receive services from the state, I'd inquire with the area AoA about using a different agency. A client of mine received services from Keep Me Home and the home health aides/homemakers who were assigned to her were unreliable and unprofessional. Week after week, there was a no-show or some other surprise. The worst was when a HHA brought her sick 10 year-old nephew with her to my client's home. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
