I have been very impressed with the services offered through the VNA of South Central CT. As an outpatient clinician in local mental health agency, we often need to find visiting nurse providers to assist clients in taking their daily medications. I have frequently referred and linked clients to VNA in-home nursing services, and clients continually report positive experiences. Specifically, clients appreciate the punctuality of the nursing staff, kindness, genuine interest in clients' lives, and professionalism. In addition, staff quickly responds to referring providers and have been quick to address any questions/concerns. I would highly recommend this service.
