Terrible agency… they might make you loose your job due to having to cover for aides they said would come and don’t. They are irresponsible and unreliable. They use COVID as an excuse why they can’t send reliable aides. and constantly lie about calling you back and never do. you have to be calling them constantly to find out what’s going on. I’ve had several days of no shows, some days they’ll send aides that don’t speak the language and can’t communicate with my grandmother. Some of the aides have been great and some not so much. They don’t really care to leave you hanging without the care they promised you for your loved ones. They either have poor hiring practices or don’t pay enough that the aides don’t stay long or switch to other agencies. You’re better off posting an ad for an aide then connecting them to your case worker to hire directly. As this agency hires independent contractors apparently and this is resulting in a poor business model as they can’t provide reliable or consistent aides. Save yourself a lot of frustration and look elsewhere. Every time you ask for a supervisor they give you the runaround and transfer to different people and all they say is we are working on it and call you back but don’t.

To make a very long story short, Liz was the reason my dad was able to live his dream at home in Florida. After his stroke, my family was lost. Dad was sent from the hospital to Acute Care, back to the hospital, rehab and Assisted living, I didn't know my next step. I reached out to Liz and other Agencies, but it was Liz who kept in touch with me to check in or leave a message asking how my Dad was. We even moved Dad back to New York to be with family. Shortly after that, he wanted to go home. I wanted to give Dad his life back, and called Liz. She worked with me to transition him back home. Today 4 years later, he is improving daily with the help of his caregiver; she is dependable, caring, hardworking and part of the family. She will txt me at the end of her shift to sum up the day. I appreciate that so much. I believe if it wasn't for Liz and her caregivers, my Dad would not be here today. When we had a weekend caregiver issue, Liz sent out her personal assistant to care for my Dad until we were able to find a solution. I have referred Liz and her Agency to many people. The best thing you can do for your elderly parents is keep them home. Liz is understanding, compassionate, caring and very professional. I couldn't be more grateful for what she has done for us.

I am very happy because I have a wonderful person from All VIP Care, Inc. helping me. They were the first to respond and are wonderful. I like the person very much. She comes three times a week in the morning, is very nice, and helps out with the laundry, preparing meals, personal care, and bathing. She is very good with my mom. The management is very good, reasonable, very caring, very prompt and very courteous.
