My mother is using Senior Helpers who come out once a week right now. If I needed more, they'd be more than happy to oblige. They're reasonable and very accommodating. It's a very nice group of people. They've been amazing and wonderful with us so I have nothing but high praise to say about them. My mother is kind of independent, so they just come in if she wants to go out for lunch or to take her to the store. She also likes to paint so they come in and help her paint, and sit outside, talk and socialize. They don't have to do any home care because my mother takes care of herself and I take care of the house. They don't have to do anything but they would if you ask them to. I chose them because my girflriend and neighbor's son is the entrepreneur who started Senior Helpers.

This agency provides my mom essential services that allow her to stay in her home.They are extraordinarily: kind, caring, perceptive,communicative..and the list goes on. They attend my mom's medical and her dog's vetrinary appointments and report back to me what has transpired and what the current plan will be. Without direction from me, they started preparing mom's dinner as well. Mom's schedule requires flexibility and they always accomodate. The owner, Donn Smith and his staff answer emails within the hr often within minutes. The services they provide along with the humor and love attached have made all the difference to mom. We could not be more satisfied! Sue

Donn Smith does a fabulous job placing the right people together. He came to my mom's home and met both of us. He interviewed both of us and found a wonderful care giver whom my mom likes and trusts. Donn himself has also stopped by to check on mom from time to time. He and mom's helper email me with updates twice weekly, so we can target and issues in real time. I am so grateful to have found such a professional and compassionate agency to support my mother. Words are inadequate!
