Once I was able to leave the hospital, the caregivers from Acti-Kare were a godsend. During the first two weeks they were there often and thank goodness they were. I really do have to give them credit. This was such a professional agency. They made this difficult time in my life a little less difficult. I would highly recommend Acti-Kare.

I'd rate them highly and would recommend them. They're OK. The only problem I have with them is that they don’t communicate with me. I never hear from them. I asked TJ, the owner, for statements, and he sent them to the wrong email. I never got any statements, so finally I got about eight or ten of them all at once. When he changes people who come to the house, he never calls us. He just doesn’t. I’ve called TJ to let him know about my concerns, and he responds within a week. The caregivers he sends out are good and better than average.
