I cannot say enough about the staff at Lifetouch Care and the loving care that they afford, not only to their client, but to the whole family. My first introduction to Lifetouch was when I was in Florida seeking help for my sister. Since I live in California, and had limited time to be there, the task seemed daunting. When Bridget called me, we agreed to meet that day, Sunday, at my hotel….She was sensitive, caring, and explained everything about their care. I had interviewed many people over the course of a week, but this seemed like the perfect fit… It has been…The in home companion they chose for my sister has been wonderful; and in several situations, has gone beyond the call of duty….The communication with all of the staff has been wonderful. They keep me abreast of the situation on a weekly basis…sometimes daily…I feel very confident with Lifetouch, knowing that my sister is being well cared for…They are my eyes and ears in Florida and have definitely put my mind at ease….

My father in law, after an extended hospital stay and subsequent visit to a rehab facility, required Home Health care. My wife and I live in Ohio and my Father-in-law lives in Jacksonville. My father-in-law's wife, although insisting that she was capable of providing care, and refusing to contract with any Home Health agency, fell a couple days after his return home and broke several ribs requiring her to be hospitalized. Fortunately he was able to sign a contract and Life Touch angels were on the scene during the fall. Not ONLY were they there to care for him, but they were also there when she fell, and transported her to the ER. BAckground: My wife and I had realized for over a year now that the both of them were aging and were rapidly facing the time of need for assisted living. We tried to convince them both that it may be the time to seek out a facility and make the difficult 'end of life' decision to move, but my father-in-law's wife continuously fought us and insisted she would never agree to such a thing. My wife began to at least reach out to care facilities, just in case. With their mental and physical health deteriorating, my father-in-law fell in October and required hospital care/rehab. This was when we discovered Life Touch. It was difficult to sift through all the Home Health businesses in such a large area as Jacksonville, from 800 miles away, but we slogged through it. My wife said, that she just had a good feeling about Life Touch, and that the people she spoke with, Sherry, and Bridget made her feel reassured and it felt like 'Family'. Indeed her feelings were right. Amazing! You people all share a burden and your shoulders are broad. We don't have to worry about the situation there at my father-in-law's home. Angels are there 24-7 and they are watching. The communication is outstanding! After she fell Life Touch had to assume 24/7 care. This wasn't factored into the original contract, but your shoulders are broad, and you took on this additional tasking with gusto. NOTHING seemed too difficult, at least to us. You guys were on task, ready and willing to work with the 'tools' you have. There were many, many obstacles, but we worked through them all, from how to pay for groceries and supplies, to what to feed the dog! I mean C'MON, who does that? I'll answer, FAMILY and ANGELS! I wish I had names to include here, but I am afraid I don't have them all. We had many contacts with Sherry and Bridget, but I know there were those feeding my father-in-law, wiping him clean after his messes, and doing the laundry. You guys had to switch bedrooms (and beds), figure out the medication maze, even seek help from the neighbor. Good Lord. You all are in our thoughts. Dear Reader: Stop, no need to search any further. You found your care givers. These guys can do practically anything, well maybe not patch the roof, but I dunno... Call them, you can thank me later. God Bless you all this holiday! I don't even have to wish you our Lord's blessings, you guys already have them!

Life Touch agency is #1! I knew i had chosen the best agency from the 1st call. I spoke with the owner who I instantly had a good feeling about. She was compassionate and sympathetic of my situation. She listened to what services I was looking to have for I was looking for my Aunt and Uncle who recently moved to Florida and became ill. I am in New York and could not be there to help them get assistance. The wonderful woman made time to go and visit my relatives that same day! They had a wonderful visit and my relatives loved her! She found the perfect aide to help my relatives. She is so awesome and attentive to their needs. She arrives on time and ready to take on what is needed for the day. This caregiver takes my relatives to their appointments, and has assisted in making appointments for them as well! She's understanding and very caring. We could not have asked for anyone better! You have given my siblings and me such peace of mind! Thank you Life Touch for taking care of my family as if they were your own.

More than a caregiving service, Life Touch has helped us immeasurably with my mom as she wrestles with Alzheimer’s. They have assisted with securing better doctors for her, offered valuable advice during emergencies and ensured a safe environment in which she can still enjoy independence. Seemingly available any time day or night, they listen to our needs and requests and adapt as needed, working with us to help provide her stimulating, compassionate care. It’s reassuring to have a primary caregiver who is connected to a whole team of support and back-up. As the daughter who is usually out of state, I also rely on their frequent and helpful communication to stay on top of my mom's health. Life Touch is a great value and I highly recommend.

Sheri and Gina took very good care of my dad for over 6 years and made sure he got to all this doctors appointments and picked up his prescriptions for him. They also took very good care our his huge Gina took very good care of his very large house doing light housekeeping, they even went above and beyond by decorating the house and yard at Christmas and my dad loved that. They even took him to his physical therapy. With Life Touch taking care of my dad I could focus on continuing my education. Thank you Life Touch.

Life Touch was a Life Saver for me. They came in on a moments notice and Assisted my 104-year-old mother in many ways. Found her a great new primary. Allowed her to get diagnosis that I wasn’t aware of and treatment for the diagnosis. They handled her mail and billing and really kept the household running for 3 1/2 years. They were with her until the funeral home arrived. They are a wonderful, dependable company. Was glad to see them at the memorial.
