The last person that came I told them that my fridge was not working but the freezer was and so my daughter asked her to clean out the fridge without telling me and the caregiver threw away like 40 dollars of food. There was not a consistency in people coming there was a different person every time.

I think the caregivers did the best they could at keeping my mom calm and collected. My mom doesn't speak English, and unfortunately they didn't have very many Spanish-speaking caregivers.

They're here 4-5 days a week so there is a big impact. He's good at feeding, he's very patient, and he's very good with people who can't do anything for themselves. I can't think of anything they could do better. They respond quickly and he usually gets done what I need him to do.

It's been very good. I feel comfortable with them being in my parent's home, and they reach out to me regarding my family. I think that they work hard to find aides that are a good match. And they are extremely understanding and responsive.

They gave her some very good physical care to the extent that we didn't have to worry how she was being care for along with emotional assistance all the time. The staffing manager, Tasada, did an excellent job in always trying to find an aide for my mother who would be amazing which we appreciated.

The first young lady we had didn't talk much, but she didn't have to. I had her clean the bathroom and my daughter went to look and reported to me, it wasn't cleaned at all. The second lady that was here did a very good job. I don't have her here anymore because my normal helper came back. We had one young lady who was here who was not the greatest. The other lady we had was wonderful. It's pot luck I guess.

We originally loved the caregiver, but then she just disappeared. In many ways we were very dissatisfied. The services are on hold, not discontinued, for now since Anne just had a stroke. They could have better communication and willingness to provide an alternative caregiver if someone isn't available.

There was some stress involved because I was not sure about when they were coming, if they were coming, did I have to pay or not, etc. They need to improve their communication and the type of caregiver. She sounded like she worked more with the elderly than with younger children.

I gave them a list of duties I wanted to have done. I know one of the girls has the list, but I don't know if the other one does. It may be partly because of COVID, but their last two caregivers have been their newest hire and they weren't there long.

It was four days. It helped us out because we were in a pinch, but it wasn't great. We were calling back and forth all day because she didn't seem to know how to handle things. I didn't feel like I could just leave. I came almost every day. We needed someone immediately, but it seemed like she wasn't trained very well.

The services have been wonderful. My father does better when his caregiver, Sandy, is there to get him started in the morning. I like that they have done exactly what they said they would do. They are very reachable. Peter is very pleasant and is never annoyed if we have to call. They are very understanding about our need to change the schedule.

They can have better personnel help that knows what they are doing. They should be taught about the field they are in. They send people from the street without any training. The elderly need help.

My mom has dementia, so she lives in a certain reality that they need to respect. The aides don't always respect that. The agency entrusts the aides, which are diverse group of people. Nothing seems to change after they apologize. They need to improve their communication and quality of employees.

It has to do with who they match with who. When I ask them for help or for someone to come in, I think they just ask whoever wants to take the job. They don't match them up with that client's needs. They could do a better job of fitting their clients with a caregiver.

They're all very nice and the care is very good. They help with basic life assistance. I got in an accident and I can't use my hands. They help with food, hygiene, and other things. All my needs are met. I would recommend them to other people.

They should let me know if a caregiver isn't schedule or isn't coming. I've had to train many caregivers over the last four months. Sometimes the caregivers are only here for a week. I don't like training lots of new caregivers.

Some of the people were very good, but sometimes they just hired anybody. The more I got to know these people, the more I learned that they weren't screened well. I did like the owners, though, because they were very nice. They need to have certified people. They sent out too many street people that were uneducated.

It was different between people. Everyone has been great, but one was not a fit. The one that was not a fit could have been better trained. She was all dressed up like she was going on a date. The others were all hands-on and would play card games. The first aide we had was so good. She was on time and dependable.
