Not only is she a person equipped with some 30 years experience, but also, she was more than willing to offer advice and support on how to best manage the most recent care needs as well as protection in the future. I think you will find Kathy's demeanor and resourcefulness a must have when trying to navigate and inquire about your love one's needs.

I used Above and Beyond. I only needed to use them for a few days when I first got out of the hospital. Two out of three of them were just great. They helped me get out of bed, get to the bathroom and back, and brought me items that I needed, just household chore stuff. Their attitudes were very good.

We've used Above & Beyond Premier Home Care Services for about a month and a half. Special services include bathing, feeding, and helping with clothing. They help mom out with physical therapy, too. It’s easy to adjust schedules or redo scheduling hours. It’s easy to pay. Everything is online, and payment is automatically deducted. I have not had a problem. Mom appears to like the caregiver. She has dementia, but she’s very receptive to him.

We used Above & Beyond Home Care Services for my father for about five or six weeks for four hours a day. They came and stayed with him and did light housekeeping, if needed. He was fine with them. The scheduling and billing were fine.

We love Above and Beyond's care. They're super flexible. There was a couple times when we needed somebody really quickly and they've always found somebody. All the caregivers had been good and we never had any problems. They do everything from helping mom with her meals after dialysis and providing comfort for her when she's sick.

Above and Beyond was really helpful. My dad has Alzheimer's and he had recently lost his wife. The transition in his wife's passing was really difficult time for him. We were quite afraid we just didn't know how to handle that situation. So the owner, Cathy, actually came on site. She was in hospital with us, spoke to the doctor for us, she helped to make sure we can get the medications to get my dad quiet as down until we can get him a doctor. Then she set us up with visiting house calls with the doctors that come to your home. So she set us up a support system too, not just within her facility or her people, but she's looking at other support group that come into the home to help you. She personally came out a couple times when we're having trouble with dad. She stayed with him because he was a little bit more difficult. She actually was more hands on when we need it. And the people we've had through her were really sweet and caring with my dad. People really have gone above and beyond. I can't believe how helpful they were. I was just surprised. Cathy would even have the foresight to get all other stuff in case things went poorly, what are the next steps which I would have never thought of. She's got a DNR put in order, a care plan, and she just took over and all of it put in place. I'm very happy and I trust them with my most valued possessions.
