I had used them for my mother previously and they were much better than when I used them this spring to help me recover from a fall. I was extreme;y disappointed in them. One person was more interested in my medicine and wine bottles shaped like cats than helping me. One of them didn't want to assist at night and talked back and one was good but almost too caring. When I tried using my walker, she was right on top of me. The company representative also told me that they used another to name to pay the helpers so they wouldn't have to pay overtime.
