Some of the caregivers were helpful and mom enjoyed them, and others were on their phone and not as helpful. It depends on the person because different people like different things. I don't live in the area and 400 miles away. If the person had a fair amount of disposable income, I would recommend them. It was stressful with cancellations and providing back up. Sometimes they didn't have any back up and mom would have no one

They need to have a better attitude and take more initiative. They could try to bond better with the patient. They need to step up the nurses, they get complacent. If my father doesn't immediately answer them, they give up and sit on the couch.

The psychologist does an okay job. He tries to do what he thinks is best. We also have a caregiver that does a good job. We really like the psychologist that we have. The company changed names, but when they started out it was more local, and now it's bigger and less personal. I like the local small business feel.

She keeps locking them out. She is 97 years old and very upset about the 24 hour care she has. She took four falls this week, so she needs it. They send different caregivers every day. I think it would be better to send the same caregiver every time, so we can get to know them and be comfortable with them. Some of them have had heavy accents, so it has made it hard for her to understand some of them.

It was what we needed, but it took a lot of work to get things done. The caregivers and the services were great but middle management was not at all. I did not like trying to deal with the management. They could not get contracts right with me and there were issues with coordination for the caregivers.
