They communicate a lot with us and the different caregivers, and almost 100% of what we've asked them to do, they've taken care of. They're taking a lot of stuff off of our plates.

We know everyones needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

Right at Home did a great job helping my mom get some support after she fell at work and broke both her ankles. They came to our home and met with us so we could build rapport and see what was needed to help my mom at home. They paired my mom with a wonderful care giver who really bonded with her and helped with everything she needed. They went above and beyond to make sure my mom had the care she needed and was comfortable with everything that was happening. I hope we never need their service again but I am so grateful they were there when we needed them.

The most helpful part is the visits, I live alone. If I had a chance, I would recommend them. The only familiarity I have is with Lisa and I enjoy her.

Caretaker Heidi has been most delightful. She's a good companion, and a great cook. She prepares a week's worth of dinners for me in advance. They are delicious and compliant with my diabetic diet. Very good caretaker.

I was introduced to Right at Home when I needed help caring for my dad who has dementia. I wasn't sure I wanted to add more factors into an already overwhelming situation, but I decided to meet with them and I'm so glad I did. My dad's caregiver, Katie, is wonderful. She's perfect for dad and I can tell he just adores her. We couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with Right At Home agency, who helped me in caring for my mother before she passed recently. Sharon made it so easy in signing up with the agency and then was a fount of information that helped me deal with the nursing home once it was determined that I could no longer care for her at home. Jessica was the actual caregiver who visited with my mother; my mother liked her and was looking forward to her next visit.

I only see them once a week, so it's not a daily impact. I'd recommend them because it's right in my home, since I'm not ready to live in a nursing home yet.
