1 Heart has been a huge part in transitioning my mom back home after her recent colon surgery. Rhea from 1 Heart has been kind, efficient, accommodating, caring, both to my mother and to me right from our first phone conversation. Her staff is excellent and professional and my mom loves them very much! We call 1 Heart whenever there is a time that we need support and they are there! 1 Heart is a beautiful agency. I found it to be a struggle to find a great caregiving agency. How do you know who to trust?. I interviewed several in the area and couldn’t be happier that we went with 1Heart Caregivers in Pasadena. Their professionalism was far superior to any other agency I’ve dealt with and their caregivers were top notch. You know it is a good agency when they don’t have constant turnover. Their caregivers are great at their job and they enjoy working for 1Heart. It makes such a difference. Rhea and Ann who coordinated everything for us were extremely organized, flexible and always available if we needed to speak to them. My father (for whom we were hiring for) is extremely picky and he was happy with this agency. I highly recommend 1Heart Pasadena if you want a trustworthy and responsible caregiving agency for your loved one.

This is a very professional organization, from my first contact they did everything right. They listened to our needs and fulfilled them. The caregivers were top notch. We especially appreciated the detailed notes the Caregiver wrote every single day. No other agency has done this. Thank you for all the help, it made a big difference for my dad!
