They were very prompt with my inquiry and they came over the very same day. They were very nice in a situation like this and I was very impressed by them. They showed a lot of concern. Their staff helped me with a little task one day and it was totally unexpected. I think they are just very good and dedicated to the idea of running their agency correctly. The original caregiver that they sent out, whom we liked a lot, had to undergo surgery and the replacement caregiver was very excellent also. In fact at one point in time, one of the girls came in the morning and the other one in the afternoon. The afternoon girl was the one who had surgery.The girl in the morning had her covered full shift and she continued with us and we're very happy.

I was checking the internet about several places until I found Tony and got the chance to speak with him. The offer he gave us was a good option for my husband and that's when we made the decision in letting his agency take care of him. In the beginning there was a different caregiver and for some reason she can longer come and work with us and now we have somebody coming over and my husband is very comfortable with her. I think she's doing a good job and we're happy with that, especially my husband. She basically accompanies him and prepares him meals or take him for a walk around the block. Sometimes she takes us to the grocery store because I don't drive. We take my husband out of the house sometimes for him to see the outside world and for him to have a different routine. I am very impressed with their entire service.

I like what they offered to us and so we decided to have them as a home care provider for my Dad. I like Rob and Toni's background. I've been with them going close to 2 years. They're very very sensitive to the needs of my dad and the type of people that will come and stay with them so I like that very much. It was mostly the same caregiver but the one that we had initially had to relocate. We've been through 2 caregivers and each time it was a very very good transition. The are absolutely caring and attentive towards my Dad. I am very pleased with their service and I have no complaints against them.
