We used Coast Care Partners, and we went through a few different people. Some of them were OK, but some of them didn't know what the heck they were doing. It was kind of unorganized, and there's a lack of communication. I told them not to send anybody on holidays because we're not paying double time, and then they sent a person one time. Then, their rates went up in January, so now it costs too much. They are in-home caregivers. They do things like change my mother because she's bedridden, give her sponge baths, wash her hair, and feed her lunch. They do light cleaning, too, like if you needed vacuuming, dishes, or a load of laundry done -- that sort of thing. There's just a lack of communication, and I think they need to train their caregivers a little more thoroughly.
