We have been using Visiting Angels since the beginning of February. They’re very patient, compassionate, and dedicated. The caretaker seems to love my mom as though she’s her granddaughter, and she's very caring.

I hired them to drive me to surgery. They didnt show up and their answering service is useless. I had to drive myself. My sister tracked them down and they were there to drive me home, in a death trap. The car would not go over 30 mph and had no shocks. Run from these people and i only received a tyoed letter apologizing.

I was a past client. I needed service for my mother, at first the agency was very nice. They sent out a good caregiver who did her job well. But as time went on the customer service in the office was horrible. They only seemed concerned about the check I was giving and not about the concerns of my mother. I tried asking basic questions about her progress and they couldn't provide any detailed information. What were they doing?! If you have someone at her house 12hrs a day, they should know what was going on. They seemed very CLUELESS, GREEDY, and RUDE!! Do NOt Go to them. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visiting Angels is reasonably priced and the hourly rate was very good. I needed them for about two and half weeks after a hip surgery. They came on time, they're very helpful, and there wasn't any personality conflicts. The only complaint I had was having to instruct several people on a daily routine, repeating the whole thing over and over again to four different people. I would have preferred to work with one person though, but I guess that's hard to get.
