Innovative Healthcare is perfect. It is exactly what we needed. They fix my mother’s meals and take her to doctor’s appointments. They also do light housekeeping. They are wonderful companions. She thinks of them as friends.

Do Not use this service. My Mom was depending on them to provide care for her and they NEVER SHOWED up. They didn't call me or or my Mother. I had to call them 4 times over a 2 hour period on 7/15/21 and finally they told me the person that was to provide care (Arianna) disappeared. I'm sure things like this happen, but they never called me back once to tell me anything. But they said they would call me back each time! And they didn't care and provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced in this industry. Do Not do business with this agency.
