It is hard finding assistance for an elderly person and they are available. It makes him happier because he is getting more frequent showers.

We used A Place at Home - Hot Springs, AR for my grandmother for a short time. They provided housekeeping, feeding, bathing, and things like that. Some of the caregivers were good and others were not good at all, but they did respond very quickly to our complaints about certain caregivers. Caregiving is really expensive no matter where you go. Our experience was just OK.

Being in a different state from my mom, they have been extremely helpful, and put my mind at ease. They have been flexible, and very patient in difficult situations. Melanie, Kenzie and their staff in Hot Springs have been amazing to work with, and don't know what I, or my mom, would do without them. I would highly recommend them to work with.
