I am a past client of this provider

I think ELDirect was kind of messed up. They didn't want anybody to work full-time hours. That was the problem, because my dad wanted the caregiver eight hours a day. She did everything for my dad because he has become very incapacitated. She was very good. My dad didn't trust anybody else, that's why she wanted her for many hours.

I'm glad you replied and your father enjoyed our Care- Assistant's work, drive and compassion. It's our sole focus to provide hand-selected, exceptional Care Assistants like your father experienced.

I am sorry that you felt under-served. I apologize if you got the impression ELDirect was unable or unwilling to provide more than 8 hours of care.

I researched your father's case all the way back to the beginning and gathered up all the notes and documentation.

Again, I am sorry for any misunderstandings.

With some cases, though, we ARE limited by State and Federal programs on the hours we are allowed to provide. Sometimes these clients want AND need more hours"¦yet we are not, unfortunately, allowed to provide more hours of care.

Please give me a call and I will be happy to provide you with the schedules, signed time sheets, telephony clock-ins and signatures to help clear up any confusion.

We are the premier in home care agency in NW Arkansas and the Fort Smith/River Valley area. We are not a franchise which allows us to work with our clients and their needs directly without having to go through a corporate office.

Companion Care - company, conversation, help with meal preparation, errands, shopping, laundry, light housekeeping and medication reminders.

Personal Care - assistance with daily activities such as walking, mobility, bathing, dressing, eating and personal hygiene.

Respite Care - quality care for family members that are caring for a loved one and need relief.

Veteran Care - companion and personal care services. We also assist with obtaining military aide and attendant benefits.

In-Home Technology - we offer in home, voice activated technology to allow clients to communicate with the outside world safely and add easy to use voice technology to age at home successfully.

We have a full time Registered Nurse on staff that is available to our clients 24/7.

We offer a FREE initial needs assessment, our RN is on site for the first in-home visit to introduce the caregiver/client, we call clients after the first shift to see if any adjustments need to be made, we do a drop in visit the first week of services and then we do monthly calls and ongoing quarterly visits by our RN to monitor for changes in condition.

Because we are not a large, corporate franchise, we can offer a more personalized approach to each and every client's care.
