Highland House Waterloo was very nice and recently renovated so the apartments were very nice. The staff was very helpful. The dining room was very clean and looked like it was well-run. The people who lived there seemed to have no complaints. They were having a birthday party for one of the old gals there when we were there, so I think they keep them fairly occupied.

The staff and the management at Highland House were excellent. The rooms had their own private toilet and shower. I would consider the activities juvenile, childish, like bingo, balloon toss, and trivia pursuit. I didn't taste the food, but the dining area was excellent.
