Park Hills West is a 20 bed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), dedicated to maximizing the residents level of self-care and independence, while promoting dignity and quality of life. We provide a homelike atmosphere in the quiet Village of Hales Corners. The staff are qualified professionals experienced in providing for the physical, emotional, social and recreational needs of our residents. We have long term staff members, many who have worked for Park Hills for 10 or more years. Park Hills West, provides the following services: Assisted Living, Continued Care Community, Micro-Community: Residential Care Facility, Short Term Care: Respite, Alzheimers Care, and Hospice. We provide a higher level of service for the elderly which includes preparing meals, housekeeping, medication assistance, laundry, and also do regular check-ins on our residents. We do not charge extra fees for medication management, administration, laundry, or special dietary needs! In the summer, residents may sit in our beautiful yard, enjoying the patio and wheelchair gardening.
