Three Rivers Place is a very nice place. The people are very helpful and nice, but it's not the right place for my aunt because she needs more care, but it's too late now to change. It's a newer building, it's clean, it doesn't smell, it's well-designed, and the rooms are big, and they all have nice windows. They all have their nice showers and walk-in showers and private bathrooms. I'm disappointed that I placed my aunt there. It's probably most of it my fault. I probably did not ask the right question, but they did not come forward with what she probably would need and they should have said more truthfully, "Sorry, this is not really a good fit for her, maybe you should go look somewhere else." That's the only thing I'm upset with, is that they should have been more honest about the care of my aunt. Everybody else seems happy. I don't have complaints about ut. They do the best they can, but it was not the right placement for my aunt. That's all.

Three Rivers Place was very nice. But with the elevators and stuff, we decided that that wouldn't be a fit for my father. He would need a one-level place. It was very clean. The people were very nice. And there seemed like there were a lot of things that the older people could go and do to keep their mind going. The staff was very nice. She showed us around. And the ones that were working with other people out there seemed to be very caring. The place was very clean. They had all kinds of activities for the people to do. However, there weren't any rooms available to look at.

Three Rivers Place is one-story, it's not super big, and the people there are super nice. My mother had a good room, it was nice and bright with a lot of windows, it was well-laid out, neat, and clean. Because of the coronavirus, there are no group activities, but they have scheduled activities that they normally would have done. The staff did well. My mom didn't eat much, but when I looked at the food it looked good.

My husband is in Three Rivers Place. It's clean, and they're doing the best they can. The dining area is clean and the chef does a really good job. The activities are nice, and on a sunny day they go outside and watch the birds, and they can have water or juice and a cookie or a little snack. They have a place where you can get your hair cut, a room where you can play bingo, do jigsaw puzzles, and coloring. Its a small facility with only 36 beds, and it's quiet. They keep me informed as to how he's doing, they're friendly, they know who I am and who he is, and he not only gets care from them, but he is also under hospice now. They have very good food. It's not expensive compared to other places.

My 95 year old mother has been a resident for 3 weeks. She moved from another assisted living community that was much larger in another city. With my mothers moderate dementia, Three Rivers Place is able to provide more attention to her needs, all with a very caring attitude. The staff is very nice and very attentive. She has a lovely one bedroom with a living room, bathroom, and kichenette. As it is all on one level, and with wide hallways, walking inside is easy, similar to “mall walking”. Once a month they offer family dinners, to meet other residents loved ones, a real family community feel.

Three Rivers Place was a much smaller, older place all on one level, and they served hot food. They had a nice little courtyard. The rooms were a little small but a lot more affordable. The staff was good. They could do some updating. Other than that, they were really nice and caring.

My relative has been in Chenoweth House for around four months now in private living care and is very happy. They have a lot of patients there, and my relative loves everyone. The staff and services are excellent. The environment is awesome. The meals are good.

This was one of the many facilities we visited for a possible new home for our 81-year old grandmother. The facility is in an older residential neighborhood that was close to a school and mixed in with apartment complexes. The facility was very secure and once you walk into the facility it is very nice. You enter into a reception area that has a sitting area, craft and recreation room and a dining area directly off this area. The halls are nice and wide and decorated with items from the past and extremely clean. The rooms are nice and open and with separate rooms for sleeping and a kitchenette. They have a nurse on site with a few aids and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have an activities director that schedules daily activities for the residents and take them on tours and have crafts and other things for them throughout the day and week. I would feel very comfortable having my grandmother live here.
