Silverado Bellevue was a good-looking facility. It was brand new and extremely well decorated, but it was too small. Residents had to use a shared bathroom with sliding doors in between. There was a possibility of a room with a bath, but the rooms were just very few, and they were more expensive. They needed better staffing. I went there one day, because I was trying to help my husband get settled in, and no one was there. The food was adequate. I think I cook better at home. The activities sounded good on a schedule. They had lots of things planned. The activities manager gave it a good try, but he was providing most of the care that the people were getting on the whole floor. So, what the people mostly did was just watch television, and the people who sat there controlled it.
