Very clean facility! The rooms are clean but unfortunately there are two beds per room. Very friendly and caring staff. Dialysis center in the facility. I would have given it five stars if they were not using tap water for feed tube flush and for taking medications while there was an Arlington county boiled water advisory in place!

My wife is in rehab at Regency Care of Arlington. They provide physical therapy. The staff are friendly. My wife is sort of out of it. So of course, she doesn't like eating there. The food seems OK. The communication is very good. Her room is very clean. There's no dining room; they don't have an area where visitors can stay. She is comfortable in her room. The facility is OK. They keep it clean.

I visited Regency Care of Arlington and they gave me a tour. It looks like a very open place, and they have each resident in one room, so it's separated. It's not like there are two patients in one room, but only one patient per room. It looks clean to me and spacious, and the person who gave us the tour was nice. She was very pleasant and answered all the questions we asked. The place is clean and private.

I called to get information on their Alzheimer's unit and using medicare and medicaid for payment. The person I was transferred to said that yes they had a unit and yes they accepted medicare and medicaid but they were full. I asked about a waitlist and she had no idea what I meant. After I explained it to her she said no and the best thing for me to do is to call back every week. Then she hung up and no one would answer the phone when I called back. This must be a very poorly run place.
