Westover was great. My mom liked it there, and everybody liked her. She met a lot of friends, and a lot of the nurses really cared for her. She ate her breakfast and had physical therapy, and I made her bed. She was alert throughout her experience. I thought they were wonderful and good to her, but she never cared for the food. The atmosphere was appealing but expensive. It was very clean, the rooms were nice, and she had a wonderful roommate.

I am extremely happy with Westover Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. It is very clean and nice. The staff is very welcoming and very friendly. The doctors are wonderful. I absolutely have no problems yet. My dad shares a room with a man. It reminds me of a hospital room. They have bingo and church. They also have people that come in to sing.

My mom is in Westover for a while. It is convenient because it is right on my way from work to home. She likes it, and she's comfortable there. One of the biggest things that I really like about them is that they know every person that works there. They know the people that live there by name. They know about them. I see them in different hours, I see them at 8 or 9 in the evening after work or 5 or 6 in the morning just to check on her, and there's never a problem. They always know where she is. She is always happy. It is important to me that the people there know about her. When I have a quarterly meeting with all of her caretakers, they can tell me exactly what is going on with her. They keep really good notes, and that's really important.
