St. Angelus - Comfort Senior Living

I went to check the assisted living facility of The St. Angelus. It was more like a boarding home with only eight rooms in it. More like a family-run facility. They help, but it's almost like you're renting a room or an apartment with someone on staff to help you. They've got the kitchen, and they feed you and all that, but it's very small, and it's very quiet. The residents pretty much all stay in their rooms all day, according to the staff. I was able to see a room, and it was very large, and had its own sliding glass door exit and entrance. You didn't have to go through security, and you could come and go as you pleased there. There's just really not any cooking facilities in the room. Just a small refrigerator and a sink. The bedroom was larger compared to the other ones we saw, though. It was more like a good-sized apartment. The facility is a little rundown, a bit older building, with no elevators.
