"We got Kindred Care for my mother. They've just been doing the wound care, and I'm having to do all the sanitary care. The main thing that they've been providing is daily wound care. The biggest problem my mother has is with the severe frostbite wounds on her feet. Well, it's been a few weeks since we got them. I think the caregiver is good. It's not always the same one, though. One problem we do have occasionally is we've had people who said they were going to be here at a certain time, and they didn't arrive on time."
