We got Kindred Care for my mother. They've just been doing the wound care, and I'm having to do all the sanitary care. The main thing that they've been providing is daily wound care. The biggest problem my mother has is with the severe frostbite wounds on her feet. Well, it's been a few weeks since we got them. I think the caregiver is good. It's not always the same one, though. One problem we do have occasionally is we've had people who said they were going to be here at a certain time, and they didn't arrive on time.

We're using Kindred at Home San Angelo, TX for home medical care for my dad. I talked to them personally, and I was very impressed with them. They are very helpful and I have a lot of confidence with them. I would rate them a 4 because they don't offer home-care services. They just have the medical at-home care. They provide physical therapy services and they have the capability to provide additional medical services if needed. Scheduling is very easy according to my mother. They came out and did a free consultation.
